I appreciate that BAC installed new treadmills at the Cummings Center. The old ones were noisy and unpleasant. The new ones keep me motivated to return to the BAC.
Merideth is an amazing swim instructor. Her kindness and method of teaching have worked wonders on my daughter. She has built up her confidence and my daughter has grown leaps and bounds as a swimmer because of Merideth.
I would like to note that the registration process and website need some work. It is very hard to navigate and I am not able to register online. Regardless, I think BAC's swim lessons are amazing and have recommended it to many people.

Great facility, friendly and professional staff
There are a good variety of activities to participate in. My favorite summer routine is to take run outside, come in and ride the Expresso bike, use the rowing machine, then shower and stretch out with a swim in the pool.
Variety of classes. Social instructors and knowledgable. Relatively clean locker room.

I love the BAC! Great classes with great instructors -- and it feels like a community....my only complaint is that sometimes equipment doesn't get fixed as quickly as I'd like...the stepper machines in the main room haven't worked in a while, though, thankfully, I can use the one in the women's room, but that doesn't help any men who may want to use it....overall though, I love the club.

Amazing gym! Clean, open 24 hours at the location I go to and they have all the essential's. To top it off everything is clean and it's a friendly environment
