The classes and the instructors
the trainers and staff are very friendly. After a long day of work, your feeling stressed, you walk in and its like walking into your house sometimes. Big friendly greeting, complete with smiles and everyone happy to see you made it! The gym is clean and there are so many options. I mostly focus on classes not the open gym but even that is great! I love my Myzone and seeing my stat's on the screen, i love signing up for classes online(its so easy), and i love the trainers. Sarah is the greatest! I love taking her classes.They are fun and she is very motivating. The community that goes there is also very nice. I didn't even mention the smoothies yet... Ashley's smoothies are by far the greatest! Peanut Buster all the way! I LOVE BAC :-)

I love this gym and all the employees work so hard to help you.
They have a saltwater pool ,spin classes ,woman's workout area and so much More.
The woman that handles the accounts is so nice and all the people up front are great .
I like to see the trainers talk a little more to the clients. I had a swim teacher who I talked to today and now after swimming for years I might take a few lessons from her just to get better !

Regarding the Express
Great staff
The machines et are getting old and worn out seats vinyl at pins etc...
The handicapped shower needs a less dangerous seat, a real wall hung seat
The movable one is slippery.
I use the pool and get massages
Aquatic center. Mel Lyons is a fantastic swim instructor.
Helpfull staff and 24/7 access
The BAC staff are friendly and supportive. Brandon Laveck is an outstanding trainer. He is dedicated and extremely knowledgeable. Brandon is supportive and encourages you to challenge yourself and believe in yourself. Thank you Brandon and thank you BAC.
