Great equipment, no one ever there when i go and clean. Great people also working the desk and are really friendly.

Professionalism and facility
I believe what brings a good business is customer service as well as friendliness and cleanliness. It's people's attitude to want to help others with their goal of fitness as well as reach. I am new to Beverly, only been living here for a couple months and I've been to a lot of fitness facilities like Planet Fitness for example and other fitness places like LA Fitness but I have to say Beverly Athletic Club is one of the best hands down. Between the main facility and the small facility that's basically all free weights and machines not like the main facility that has so much more between a pool a sauna free weights many machines as well as offer so much services between personal trainers, salons is what stands out way more than a lot of other facilities and the biggest part of them all the friendliness as well as the teamwork that these people bring forth within the company too give members a great feeling on being in the gyms.

I had not been to the club for several months due to health issues but started back this week and was impressed by the improvements made to the men's locker room and the addition of new equipment.
You have a lot of equipment, a pool and lots of classes to offer. Also, having a Soul Physical Therapy inside is a huge plus for athletic enthusiasts.

Director of the aquatics center is super accommodating and promptly returns emails, etc. swim instructors for the most part have been very skilled and work well with the kids. The only feedback would be increasing enthusiasm and recognising individual swimmer needs (know when to instruct, support, encourage, etc.).
I am only a Soul Physical Therapy client, but am very impressed with the BAC operation. Due to my health issues, joining BAC would make no sense for me for the foreseeable future, but if I were capable of using an athletic club, you guys would be my choice. Some years back I was a member of Manchester AC, mainly for tennis, but used other parts to some degree. I left because parking was lousy, the facilities were dirty, the tennis courts poorly lit, and, worst of all, the attitude of the people running it was terrible. The move to Bass River Tennis was well worth it even though I had to do without the other stuff. You should look into how you could partnership with them. The two of you would make a great combination and you are already neighbors. I should add that your partnership with Soul is a great one. I have used other pt services in the area and found Andy's work to be outstanding.
