I really enjoy the personal training sessions. Jarrid takes the time to listen and tailor the sessions to my ability and requirements. He changes up the sessions so I don't get bored. He is great at keeping things fresh and he is very motivating. did I forget to add knowledgeable, dependable and professional?

The GW classes are great and the instructors are all professionals. Also, I like the fact that I can shower after my workouts.
Club is clean. Daytime is usually never busy. Spinning is a very good workout. Trainers are knowledgeable & nice.
