I am 80 and love the fact that I do not have to walk up the stairs and them back down again. And then again when I leave. It makes it more enjoyable to spend a couple of nights at the BAC because of the side entrance.

I love the H2O classes; the instructors are great and the members of our classes make every class fun. As you may be aware there has been a problem with the women's locker room on Saturdays as well as Mondays and Wednesdays (though not as bad during the week) with members of the Water Babies classes bringing babies and all their stuff, carriers & some strollers into the locker room. Most of these people are not members and choose not to use the pool deck or family changing room. We have spoken to Jill and she has been great reminding folks of the areas they should be using. It has gotten much better but a few mothers continue to use the women's locker room, today when I arrived a baby was screaming at the top of her lungs in the locker room. Perhaps the mother had not gotten the message or perhaps she choose to ignore it. Members of our group have found some mothers very rude when told politely of the family changing area.
There is so much equipment I don't have to wait for things to be available. Everything is clean and well maintained.

Everyone is very nice. It's small. It's quiet. And the hours are great.
Gym is clean and modern. Good equipment. Great classes. My daughter loved Waterbabies and the price was perfect. Love the child care, just wish the hours were more friendly for a working mom (ie before 8am option at least a couple days a week)
I love the 2 locations and the options both have --- very user friendly. I especially love all the Sohier Road location has too offer, the pool, the patio, the extensive work out area. Areas for improvement? Keep an eye that the temperature is cool enough year round.

I love the convenience of coming to work out anytime during the day or evening. I also prefer to workout in a more intimate environment, and BAC express offers that. The facility is always clean, never overcrowded, the locker rooms are spacious with tidy showers.
