flexible times for classes
Nice people, knowledgeable, helpful, and the atmosphere is perfect. Love my trainer and love all of the tools available to meeting my goals regarding improving my health and physical well being. I feel that BAC has helped me in the last few months to sticking to a program that is really working. I did refer a good friend who has joined and who also enjoys the environment. I don't feel like it's that typical fashion show environment. Instead, BAC offers an environment conducive to offering various ways to improve my health and general well being. Love the place.
Very upbeat and professional
Everything is great...except for the downstairs water fountain. It is about eight inches too low, as if designed for little kids. And, the water is not even cold!
I use the side entrance as I have had a TH replacement and this eliminates the stairs.
Lots of equipment - clean - parking - helpful staff. only negative urinal smells all the time.
Instructors are encouraging, friendly and bring great energy into the space.
Staff are extremely helpful in every department; front desk, membership, trainers, etc.
Prefer the side entrance . . quicker . .
The staff is fantastic.
It's quiet when I go, and there's usually a pool lane available.
Classes, but ladies bathroom is not clean enough. It smells very dirty at times and showers are unsanitary and very outdated.
The hours and location
Everything accept that the antibacterial wipes are consistently empty. Particularly this time of year, it would be appreciated if someone would check nightly (closing) and refill or do a morning refill. Thanks!

I see a trainer st the gym and he is excellent and so helpful and accomodating. It has been such a motivating factor for me. I love the women's room because I am not comfortable in the larger ones so having a smaller space makes me able to enjoy my workout much more. I also love that everyone on the staff is friendly and great to talk to I am in the beginning of my fitness journey and definitely not confident yet and i don't feel judged or awkward I feel supportive. I also love that in the advertisements in the gym I see people that actually look like me !!! I recommend you guys to all of my friends thank you!

i like the 'in and out' setup. i am not someone who likes classes - i just want to get a workout, be left alone, and leave when i am ready. this place is perfect for that. there are also a lot of cardio machines, which is great
