I first called up spoke with Alex who was very helpful with my query.
I ended up deciding to purchase a bike online to then collect from store…there was an issue with trying to order from the trek website though. The sale price was not showing at checkout. Called back and spoke with Clinton who assisted me with taking a deposit and I paid the rest on collection (at the sale price).
Please be sure to take note that Clinton was an absolute superstar. When I arrived in store I was greeted straight away by him and let him know I was here to pick up my bike. He was friendly, helpful, went through the bike with me, answered any questions I had, explained paperwork etc. nothing was too hard for Clinton. He put the bike in my boot for me. Right from walking in the door to leaving it was 10/10 customer service.
Please pass on my thanks again, Clinton truly made my experience amazing. I haven’t had a bike in over 10 years but will be returning to trek in the future just because of the customer service I got from Clinton

The store has good quality product and is well stocked. The staff (all the staff) are very knowledgeable and friendly and really spend the time to ensure you walk out with what you came to the store for. My wife had recently purchased some items for me for Christmas and received excellent service and great advice and she does not even like riding! Would highly recommend the store to anyone.

Able to have super quick turnaround on repairs. Most places nearby have 2 weeks and have to follow up. The automated sms is brilliant. Communication and is paramount with me and trek Belmont get my ‘Yeti’ race spec and on the trail quickly. Thanks.
