Ordered a bike to my local Trek (Belmont) store and the guys built the bike for me. Did an awesome job. Decided to purchase a Bontrager rear bike rack to go onto it. Needed a certain part for it to be transferred from another Trek store to be able to fit the rack. They did this very fast and was only a few days. Rang me up when the part was in and they fitted the rear rack straight away with no problems. Always good service from these guys and happy that this is one of my locals. Bike rides mint and the rear rack tops it off 👌

I bought my Giant bicycle in January 2021 from the previous owners of Trek Belmont which was TBE then,I always have top service from the team there,they know me well ,I’ve always been buying gear like clothing,lights,saddle,bike stand etc…from Trek .The front counter staff Matt & mechanic Jimmy & others are always very courteous & try their best to welcome you greatly & accommodate you if you have a breakdown or require an urgent service.
