Bought a new bike Trek Fuel EX 5. The team at the store were amazing helping me select the right bike and frame, I was in a hurry to get the bike as I am heading south to do some trails with my girlfriend. The team worked hard to have the bike assembled for the next day. Fantastic customer service, very friendly and showed us some new trails. Thank you Trek Belmont.
The Service is exceptionally good, you are welcomed into the store and if toy want assistance, they are there to help you, or if you just want to browse that's also ok.
The good thing is that they just sell one brand of bike in different configurations of Road, trail and
E-Bikes. They have linked with Bontrager for the accessories, which are quite varied and well stocked.
Great service and nothing was an issue and more than happy to assist me.
