What do you like about our office?

My physician (Dr. LaCroix) seems to be knowledgeable and caring. The staff is courteous and thorough.
The location is convenient for me.
On the negative side, I have always had to wait at least 1/2 hour past my appt. time no matter the time of day. This would be less irritating if the magazine selection was more varied and less ancient!

I have been a patient of Dr. Browning/Regina Nolting for over 35 years. Will always be. I have been noticing longer wait times to see Regina which has become the norm. I do not believe this is the norm. She is overbooked. I have to wait an average of 30 to 60 minutes at times for her to get to me. As someone who works this is becoming unacceptable.

Staff and Providers. Office manager is exceedingly friendly in addition to the front office staff. My Provider is professional and thoughtful in his/her medical counsel.

Alllllllll staaff memers are friendly as well as professional. Ppppppppublix pharmacy needed moreinformation on a scrippp and you rresponded quickly. The doctor was on top of all my issues as a new patient and I feel very comfortable having him in chaarge of my medicalllll care.

What do you like about our office?

The staff was very nice, the doctor was even better, let him know my current primary had to close his practices due to lawsuit for sexual assault. He understood, I explained my history, he was more than happy to take me as client. I'm very impressed by him.
