My husband and I have been seeing doctors at Baptist Primary Care on Baymeadows Drive for 12 years. Everyone in that office is very caring and friendly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. After Dr Krenzer retired we felt lost and disappointed. We did not have to wait very long for his replacement, Dr. Rozenbaum. He is knowledgable, friendly, and up-to-date with all of the new medical jargon. We like going to him because he always finds a cure for us, even it is to send us to a specialist or even the hospital.

Front desk staff professional and friendly as well as the Dr assistant Kelly. Dr Rozenbaum is timely and shows a definite concern for my medical well being. He listens to my concerns and provides answers that I understand.

Everyone from.the front desk check in ladies to lab personnel to nurse to Dr. Are all super ice and caring. They are so helpful. It is very frustrating when you call for an appt and you dont get someone who is in the office. I have gotten scheduled by the call center the last 2 or 3 appts and it had not been scheduled properly and I end up having to reschedule. It would be very nice to.speak to someone at the location that knows how the Dr works.

Everyone was so very nice and Dr. Hoxha was simply the best. She was so sweet and took her time and I felt very comfortable with her.

Dr. La Croix is a great doctor! He keeps up to date and listens very well. The new assistant. Blanca is excellent; very knowledgeable and has great hands to give injections. Sherry at the front desk is very personable and friendly.
