The office was conveniently located and easy to access, the check in/out staff were friendly and pleasant, the MA was also friendly and pleasant, Dr. Hoxha was wonderful! She was professional, friendly, patient, gave ample time for me to communicate my concerns, she addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. She made me feel she was glad I selected Baptist Health for my health care.

I love Dr. ROSENBAUM and Kelly. Everyone in the office is great. It's easy to make an appointment. I like the quick response to requests relating to issues or medication. There is virtually no wait appointment waiting time. I would highly recommend!

I am very grateful for the excellent care I have received from Dr. Viola Hoxha. They are knowledgeable, professional, and always take the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed during appointments, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate their dedication to my health and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy primary care physician.

What do you like about our office?

The front desk employees are polite and helpful. They try their best to accommodate you. I used to visit Dr. Krenzer for medical care and was devastated when he retired as I honestly believed I wouldn't find anyone as good. Tried a few doctors and didn't like any of them until I encountered Dr. Hoxha. I highly recommend her. She is very pleasant but the one thing I truly respect is that, she listens to you and you don't feel judged even if it's personal such as weight gain or something else. She advises and she also reaches out to offer reassurance in regards to lab results. Excellent doctor. I am absolutely thrilled with her. The lady that took my blood work was also very pleasant. Thank you.

My doctor is incredibly kind and caring. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a genuine concern for my well being. The staff was also so nice and really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. It is refreshing in this day and age to have that and not just be treated like a number and pushed through the system.
