What do you like about our office?

I love Dr. Browning. I was one of his first patients when he started his own practice in the 70's!
its makes me feel so comfortable knowing that we "grew up together", as we have joked about.
I also feel like after all these years (ha ha) that he is very much the same caring doctor I knew while we were young!

The last two appointments I have had there I have incurred very long wait times. Upwards of 30 minutes both times while in the office waiting for Dr. I have thought about walking out on both occasions but Dr. shows up. Not a reason for me to change offices but very inconvenient.

Baptist Primary Care on Baymeadows has a clean, efficient, and professional look. It is easy to get appointments and the doctors are very thorough. We moved to Jacksonville from south Florida 5 years ago and were very lucky to be directed to Dr. Krenzer as our family doctor. We always feel better after our doctor's visits. The staff at the onsite lab is also gentle, friendly, and efficient. We are very happy with our choice.

Dr.Browning and staff. Clean office and short wait time, unless emergency occurs. Very prompt referral when needed. Even though others may be waiting, Dr. Browning will take the time to listen and share suggestions to help you. I just love him. He is the BEST Dr. I am proud to be a patient. He really cares !
