Everyone is friendly and this office is usually on time. I'll be glad when the on site lab returns. Dr. Lacroix is my doctor and I like him a lot. Rachel is also an asset to this office.

The ease of getting an appointment when you want it. The entire staff is cheerful (from front desk, to nurses to doctors). Dr Krenzer actually takes the time during your time slot to treat you as a patient and not just another appointment. Dr. Krenzer listens to your concerns, thoughtfully answers any questions you may have, and explains diagnosis and treatments with you. I recommend Dr Krenzer to anyone looking for a physician in the Jax area.
