I like the doctors and nurses. That is why I would refer people, BUT whoever does the scheduling is there just to do a job and they don't do it well. Because of her, I will have gone a year after surgery without seeing my doctor. The last appointment I made for this coming July is supposedly with my doctor. This person hopefully scheduled it correctly.

Everyone is friendly. I have always gotten in and out quickly. Dr. Lacroix is a really good physician. He listens well and offers great advise.

I like how thorough Dr. Krenzer and his knowledge is impeccable which is very hard to find now days. I lost my primary care Doctor and had a hard time finding a Doctor that didn’t use google to diagnose you. Unfortunately that’s we’re are medical is at today. The staff is also always pleasant to.

EVERYTHING!!!! I receive fantastic care from Baptist Primary Care!!! First....Dr. Krenzer is just AMAZING!!! :-) He's kind, caring, genuine, knowledgeable, considerate...and quite funny, too. Dr. Krenzer is always concerned about me and my health, and I wouldn't trust anyone else! I'm very grateful that he's my PCP. Dr. Krenzer is a definite asset to Baptist!!! Second, his Nurse Cathy is so comforting and loving-she always makes me smile...even when I'm sick! Third, I see Dr Lacroix for Botox injections for my chronic migraine condition, and he's great. I'm so glad Dr. Krenzer steered me his way-my migraine condition is starting to become a thing of the past. Lastly, the office staff is so helpful. They're always there to help in any way they can. Please pass on my comments so they know how pleased I am with my care. Thank-you and take care.

What do you like about our office?

We have been using the medical services of Baptist Primary Care on Baymeadows Road since 2013 and have been very happy with our choice. The waiting area is clean, modern and comfortable, and the receptionists are all welcoming and efficient.

Dr. Krenzer is very professional and thorough. My husband and I always talk about how blessed we are by having Dr. Krenzer as our Primary Care Physician, his nurse Kathy is also very professional and always helpful.

We wish everyone at this location a very Merry Christmas and a bright and prosperous New Year.
