It's nice to make an appointment and Griffith Energy and staff (Josh) showed up on time and was able to hook up my new heater with no issues. I spoke to Josh, a couple days before my scheduled appointment and explain what i needed. Josh, made sure he brought all necessary equipment/parts needed to complete the job. Josh, also took the time to answer my questions about future projects I would like to complete.

Your Billing Dept may be efficient by your standards but the billing procedures are vague and unclear to me as a customer! They are too complicated for me to figure out w/o calling your office for clarification particulaly after a fill-up and receiving a Bill marked as "Due NLT a certain date" when I have over $3,000.00 of Pre-purchased & Pre-paid propane in the "bank"!

We own our propane tank and mostly rely on coal to heat our house over the winter so we aren't on any automated fill plan. Each fall we contact Griffith to come fill our tank and within a few days they are there.

The scheduled refilling according to how much propane is normally used. Budget plan is great. Should your tank get empty they will send an emergency supply until the truck can do a complete refill.
