*a note*
When or if I talk with people about Griffith I would inform them about the hazmat fee that is added to every delivery. It, in effect, raises the cost per gallon to more than is advertised. This was the first time I came across this fee so other companies don't charge it or include it in the cost per gallon. I find this unusual as well as disappointing.

Griffith stepped in when Suburban let us down, as in dry tank and $39,000 worth of water damage. The rep gave us an excellent rate, a free first tank, and the monitor gives us piece of mind. Three neighbors switched when I told them to go Griffith. I’ve been happy ever since. It’s been five years now.

Whenever I need to call the office staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues with my tank refills, they always arrive in plenty of time to refill it. Very pleased with the service provided!

It's nice to make an appointment and Griffith Energy and staff (Josh) showed up on time and was able to hook up my new heater with no issues. I spoke to Josh, a couple days before my scheduled appointment and explain what i needed. Josh, made sure he brought all necessary equipment/parts needed to complete the job. Josh, also took the time to answer my questions about future projects I would like to complete.

Your Billing Dept may be efficient by your standards but the billing procedures are vague and unclear to me as a customer! They are too complicated for me to figure out w/o calling your office for clarification particulaly after a fill-up and receiving a Bill marked as "Due NLT a certain date" when I have over $3,000.00 of Pre-purchased & Pre-paid propane in the "bank"!
