I like the helpfulness of the people in the Geneva office. They are always cheerful and efficient when I have a question. I like that you are saving the environment by using electronic billing; however, I am still getting a plastic package on my door knob with an envelope even though I have direct payment. I think you still have a way to go.

They are always very nice to speak with whenever I have needed to call them. The customer service people are very efficient and if they need to contact you back they do. This is worth a lot to me.

I have been using Sungas since we moved out here 27 years ago. I have never run out of propane and Sungas updates their equipment when needed. I don't usually see the employees but when I do they are always cheerful and helpful.
