All my questions were responded to and answered well very quickly. A plan was developed to match my needs. The propane was delivered quickly and to the specifications we had agreed on.
We really like that we don't have to keep an eye on the level in our tank - it's great knowing that Griffith is taking care of that 24/7.

Excellent services. Except when delivery man got himself stuck in a snowpile and told the depatcher to contact us to have our driveway and road plowed when they were already plowed. My husband pulled the truck out of snow pile and he could have backed right into the plowed driveway and made delivery but drove away instead. We have always had excellent service except that one time. We also like making payments on a budget.
I have been with Griffith for over 25 years. No complaints except for cost but that has happened to everything we buy! I have called with emergency furnace problems and repairmen were on their way pronto. Even in the middle of the night!!!
Automatic refill and prepaid for the season--especially good this year with the large increases in fuel costs. Deliveries have been timely.
