Usually they fill my tank at 30% I even called on a monday an they said I was scheduled for delivery that day ( I have a tank monitor ) an they didn't delivery until that friday which my tank was less than 15% which in turn made my bill almost 900.00 This is the first time something like this has happened in many years I would not like it to happen again for many years Thank you

Evrything except automated phone service. It sucks, spent over an hour waitng to talk to an agent. Because my tank was down to 14 % got tired of waiting and hung up. Luckily truck deliverd the next day.

I want to Thank Griffith Energys' staff. I was having a terrible time with my current Propane Co. They would not service my tanks. I had no heat and being in WNY , "It;s Cold". I called Griffith and told them my story, they had two (2) new tanks at my house within three (3) hours. Not only did they start my heater and they pulled the other company's tanks to the curb.
