What about what I don't like? I recently had a gas leak and your technician came quickly and fixed it. When I asked about the bill the technician said not to worry it would be about $20.00 given the parts he had used. What he did not tell me was that the cost of his visit to my farm would be $200. Needless to say, I was shocked when I got the bill. While I was happy about the speedy response I prefer upfront billing transparency so I can plan!

We came back to our cottage in Howard from Florida. I called to let them know we are back and have 40 percent. Within two days...they were here in to fill our tank up!! Fast service and the person I talked to was very nice!!

I have been a customer for 11 years now. Started with fuel oil & converted to LPG after a couple years. Superior/Griffith installed new LPG furnace after removing the old fuel oil furnace. Only 1 small issue with igniter, They came right out and solved the problem. Deliveries have been great! I've never run out of propane. Budget plan is very manageable. Service representatives are nice, knowledgeable, and they call someone if they are not sure of something. That tells me a lot about how well they do the job. TEAMWORK! Thank You.

The gas truck arrives on time every month during cold weather, so I don't have to call to request delivery. I like knowing that my gas tanks will be filled at the beginning of every month and that I won't run out of gas. Automatic debit makes bill-paying easy; I don't have to worry about being late for a payment.

Fair prices and excellent service
Your prompt service and the online app. What I'm not happy about is the sudden increase in my per gallon price. I was at $2.24 last year and being new to the Propane world, didn't realize i needed to get a hold of you and negotiate a price for the fall and winter season. So with the first bill I get charged $3.99 a gallon, call to see whats up, they tell me but were kind enough because of my ignorance lowered it to $3.14. Now I thought this was going to be my price but have had two fills since then and the price is back at $3.99. Not to happy with this but I guess I need to play the game and get prices from all your competitors that are knocking on my door. Thanks again for the prompt service, sorry I'm behind on my bill, I'll catch up, just about $400 more than I had figured.
