I was a walk in on a busy day for walk-ins and I was greeted/helped immediately. The work was much quicker than I expected. Even received a picture chart of what work was being done, I learned a thing or two. Overall a great experience, will be back.

I was recommended by Discount tire to visit this place for an alignment. I called to make an appointment & Steven A. was absolutely amazing. From his customer service to generosity over the phone. When I went in for my appointment a few days later, Steven A assisted me again. I was in & out in about an hour. Very efficient service, I will definitely visit again for any other car needs. I love their polite, professional service advisors. They know I’m an elderly widow and do everything in their power to accommodate my vehicle care needs.

I really like the staff. Really great service and the best part is I can get a ride back home. I know the travel is limited but I’m glad I could get that. Plus they answered my questions with kindness and knowledge. I’m glad my daughter recommended them. Blessed to have them.

All staff members were super friendly and informative. I am a younger female with little knowledge on vehicles so sometimes these situations can be uncomfortable and you worry that they will try to get over on you. I did not get those vibes AT ALL from Christian Brothers- Smyrna. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Christian Brothers. They were very honest, courteous , and quick. They dropped me off at a rental company and picked me up. They even helped carry my kids car seats. After opening my car, the realized I did not need certain parts they had initially mentioned so I ended up paying half of what I was quoted. They were very honest with me. I feel like no other mechanic shop would have handled this situation in this way.
