The customer service here is impeccable so I will come back as often as I need to. Phil kept us updated on an extended warranty transmission repair and worked closely with the warranty company to get us the best deal possible. I have used Christian Brothers on at least 3 occasions in the past and each time I left well pleased with their service and the people working there. Professional, honest, caring people.

The customer service was excellent. They were quick to get me in the xt morning. The finished the car quickly. They gave a detailed report of the good bad and ugly. And took the time to answer all questions.

I am a woman who has been not treated fairly by automotive shops in the past. I truly trust Christian Brothers because they treat everyone who walks in with genuine kindness and respect. The owner even drives customers home if they live close so they don’t have to wait!!! I 100% recommend!
Very courteous staff. They kept me up to date while working on my car. Sent me the estimate for my review. Once I gave my approval, they worked on my car and promptly let me know when it was ready. I feel very comfortable with them and will continue taking my car for all services. Phillip was great!!

Christian Bros staff are always friendly, welcoming and trustworthy. I have always felt good about taking both our vehicles to them for a number of years now. I trust their technicians to provide quality repairs and diagnose the problem and make recommendations. While not the cheapest to do business with, they do the job right.
Quick service BUT not like extra charge of $35 fee not told up front on original estimate and $76 charge for another part added after I brought my car there to be fixed! Cost me $100 more than estimate and car still hesitates to crank a little sometimes!
I was a walk-in and was told it might be a couple hours before I was delivered service but it took less than that great service

Steve and Phil at the front desk were extremely courteous. No one tried to upsell me on anything. They gave me the diagnostic results, unlike other shops who just say...."you need this", without the why. My dad was an auto mechanic, I know a great deal about vehicle mechanics, especially my vehicle. As I've any and all work on my car since 2007. My dad was constantly working on vehicles in our garage growing up and I helped him to rebuild an engine for a older sports car he bought. As a woman, most shops think I'm clueless and know absolutely nothing about cars. Hence the attempts of trying to get me to pay for things that are 100% unnecessary. But, not here with CBA. I came in, told them the diagnostics I ran, and what I thought the problem was. They told me why the problem I thought I had was correct and why after running their own diagnostics. I would have done the work myself. But honestly, I just didn't want to buy a new jack and new tools, or waste my time after work to fix it. They offered me a good price. Essentially what I would have spent in supplies plus my time. I was thoroughly impressed with this shop. Work was done in an extremely timely manner. Their employees are honest and courteous. I would 100% recommend the Smyrna location to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Thanks guys!
