Phil was attentive and understood the dire situation of getting my daughter’s brake replace in the same day so that she may return to college out of state. CA had 22 appointments that day and we were in and out in 6 hours.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating for us. We unfortunately had terrible luck and BOTH of our vehicles ended up in the shop within 24 hours of each other. Steve (the service manager) moved things around to prioritize one of the vehicles so we would at least have one to drive home for Thanksgiving with and had the alternator fixed within a few hours. It meant the world to us. On top of that, they drove me home once I dropped the second car off with the tow truck and picked me up once the car had been fixed. Although the bill was hefty, we cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism in dealing with this VERY stressful situation. Highly recommend!!
