Well it is closer than my previous automotive repair facility. It has some modern equipment, and is currently being used at FULL capacity, from what I observed. The personnel are delightfully friendly, accommodating and generous. It is been a long time since I was at a full service automotive repair facility and some of their procedures took me by surprise however their service advisors explain the reasons for everything that they did while servicing my vehicle. I am seriously considering using them going forward for all my Automotive service needs.

I made a mistake and showed up on the wrong date for my appointment; they handled me politely and took me that day anyways! I felt the charges were very fair.

The staff were very intentional and treated you like a person/customer instead of a transaction. The owner introduced themselves. The manager for repairs explained the issues and rational behind my repairs. The place was also new and clean.

Even though I got the worse possible new on car, Needing a new engine... Craig Fetner, his wife and his crew have gone over and above helping my during this nightmare. Shutting me back and forth to work even though from time to time that meant shuttling a dog with me also. I do dog rescue and also pet sit. They understood I have to keep working to keep the funds coming in. Got to pay for the service! I would highly recommend Christian Brothers to anyone need their automobile serviced.

Outstanding people and service!

I was not expecting the level of service that I received from Christian Bros! The waiting room was hands down the nicest I have seen at an auto shop. The staff was friendly. And they even gave us a big discount since the vehicle I was having serviced was our church van. I was blown away by their hospitality and have recommended them to anyone who has needed work done since.
