We were very pleased with the expertise and customer service provided us by
Christian Brothers Automotive. We were visiting from Florida when our car
air conditioner quit and CBA went out of their way to get us back on the road in a
short time.

We have an older model Toyota Tocoma and our breaks were vibrating. So we took it to Christain Brothers and upon our request they took a thorough look at it from front to back and found a few things needed replacing. The whole staff was friendly, knowledgable, professional and kept us informed during the whole process! Also, when we got there to pick up our truck, the final price was $200 less than the estimate- do to a different part and a discount! These guys will only repair what is needed and not take advantage of you! Great place and glad to have them in Smyrna! By the way our truck is running like a charm!

Everyone is very helpful, professional, and courteous. They all know their jobs very well. They can find out what the automobiles need, and they do good, quality repairs for automobiles of all ages. They made a 25-year old automobile run and ride smoothly again, like it's a new one! They will also provide rides in their Courtesy Van to customers who wish to leave their vehicles during the repairs.

The people, the service and the product (repairs) were great. I know that I paid slightly more than my normal repair person, but that was mitigated by the shuttle service, the one day turnaround and the attention paid to making it a ln excellent customer experience.

A very clean place of business. The people I interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly. I liked getting a text about what services were needed and the price each service would be. There was an accept or decline box by each recommended service and I just checked the appropriate box depending on whether or not I wanted them to do that service. So nice and no pressure trying to remember the recommendations. Then they were set to do the work. I also made use of the shuttle service. Clean vehicle and a friendly “chauffeur” who was a good driver. My truck is now running much better. I would have no problem recommending them to friends, I have actually already done so.

What a amazing experience!!! I am very picky who I let touch my cars and service them.. But I was very satisfied with service from beginning to the end. I was comfortable taking my S550 Mercedes and GT Continental Bentley to them to service knowing that they would provide EXCELLENT service. It was a simple process, paperless and easy checkout…. I understand they have state of the art diagnosis machines and knowledgable experienced staff.
