I walked in to buy product . Believe this or not but I had not had a salón since Covid ! I had resorted to cutting my own hair . My hair cutter didn’t feel comfortable cutting hair during the pandemic so I did not know who to go to .
Yesterday I walked into Aveda . I had my sons graduation later that day to attend. I decided to ask the girl (Brittany)at the front desk about appts. She told me that there was an appt , later that day with her. I booked the appt. and booked one for my graduating son . Long story short , Brittany was wonderful ! She has a lovely disposition. She is very attentive and thoughtful . My son loved his haircut !!! I loved my haircut ! We will definitely go back to Aveda to have our haircut by Brittany Rivera ,,without a doubt !!!

Just want to say a huge thank you to Tifanii, who let me downgrade my scheduled appointment from a haircut to a complimentary bang trim because I didn't actually need the hair cut we'd scheduled.
