I'm always greeted kindly. Marina is professional and she is good at communicating what products she uses and what is good for my face. I've been going to Marina for a while now and she is the only one i trust with my skin care.

I walked in to buy product . Believe this or not but I had not had a salón since Covid ! I had resorted to cutting my own hair . My hair cutter didn’t feel comfortable cutting hair during the pandemic so I did not know who to go to .
Yesterday I walked into Aveda . I had my sons graduation later that day to attend. I decided to ask the girl (Brittany)at the front desk about appts. She told me that there was an appt , later that day with her. I booked the appt. and booked one for my graduating son . Long story short , Brittany was wonderful ! She has a lovely disposition. She is very attentive and thoughtful . My son loved his haircut !!! I loved my haircut ! We will definitely go back to Aveda to have our haircut by Brittany Rivera ,,without a doubt !!!

Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Jen does a great job in my hair. Shay is amazing at everything. Milton is a doll. Very welcoming professional atmosphere. And ash look ey is great with nails!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Just want to say a huge thank you to Tifanii, who let me downgrade my scheduled appointment from a haircut to a complimentary bang trim because I didn't actually need the hair cut we'd scheduled. This is why I'm such a loyal customer to Garbo -- y'all go above and beyond to make sure your customer is satisfied. I appreciate y'all!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Briana has vintage/retro hairstyling expertise. The skills/experience needed for an authentic 1940s/1950s cut are hard to find. I have been twice now, once on my birthday (happy birthday to me), and more recently for a "real" vintage cut. I love how she has excellent communication skills and how she listens to what you want. When I left on my birthday, I felt truly and authentically me. It is such a blessing that we have her here in Austin.
