I have unruly curly hair. My stylist and I have worked for several appointments to allow me to grow it out and be happy with the "look." It's working well and as I was already a happy customer, I'm a very happy customer who can't wait for the next visit.
BTW, they also introduced me to (I'm a guy) ear waxing!
It works really well and after just 3 or so sessions it appears to be removing roots so I don't have "donkey ears" any more! Who knew?
The products used on my hair are quality. The front desk is very friendly. Employees are constantly cleaning and sweeping to keep everything looking clean. And, mostly, the quality of the coloring and highlighting is what keeps me coming back.
Danni was amazing. Very good at any kind of facials, and I thoroughly enjoyed my customized facial she did for me. My skin looks and feels great! I will be using her again soon.
I felt very understood for my difficult hair type without having to bring it up, and safe in the hands of my master stylist!
My husband enjoyed the back facial very much. The only feedback would be to improve the face cradle as it can be uncomfortable and leave marks on the face since it is face down for the entire session. Perhaps put a towel around the face cradle.
