I have been seeing Judy for more than 10 yrs. She is more a friend than a stylist, but her experience speaks for itself. She is up to date on the latest techniques. Also everyone that works at the shop makes you feel comfortable.

I LOVE my hairdresser Brianna James and the excellent customer service your staff provides. I’m always greeted with a smile and offered water upon arrival. A+ service every time!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Brianna gave me literally the best haircut of my life. Usually I see Jasmine, so this was my first time with Brianna but I am definitely not disappointed. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and infinitely good at their jobs.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Brianna is an absolute magician with hair. She took my limp locks and created the perfect 1950s horseshoe cut and curl set. She talked me through maintenance and products to use, and also cut in such a way where not roller setting every day is an option. I walked in hopeful and left absolutely floored and delighted. I will be flying back to Texas (from Florida!!) for all my future haircuts just to visit Brianna at Garbo A salon. THANK YOU!!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Jay is a master stylist. He kno s what cut is most flattering and when I leave Garbo Salon I look beautiful and always get so many compliments on my hair. I have tried every salon in Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown with terrible results. I have been a Garbo customer for 20 years now!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I really appreciated Gretchen’s willingness to just go with it and help me pick a hairstyle. I didn’t have a clue what I wanted on top of my head I just knew that my hair was too long and hot and that I wanted to donate it. She talked through a few styles with me and helped me to decide on a pixie crew cut.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I loved the way I could mention something that I was interested in or having a problem with my skin and Marina took the ball and ran with it. Also, when I got there, people were very friendly, which I appreciated, since it was my first time. Booked my second appointment at the end of my first visit. Highly recommend.

It was very easy to schedule the appointment. The salon is attractive and all staff are welcoming. My stylist listened to my needs and had great solutions and ideas for me. My hair looks great! I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Love Everything! My cut and color, the treatment from the second I called to make the appointment to the last interaction when I paid for my services. Love Jay and Judy, both of them Rock. I feel like I finally found a salon I can call home. I highly recommend Garbo Salon and Spa on North Cross Dr.

Jen is very gentle and experienced, creating a peaceful atmosphere as she cuts my hair. She asks me for feedback as she goes, allowing me to direct my desired shape ( I like it tight to my ears and neck).

Effortless scheduling process, friendly folks, and a great physical space. I've never had a bad experience, and it's always so relaxing and . Bonus points for customer service-- my stylist got sick, and when they rescheduled me with a different stylist who had higher rates, they honored my usual stylist's lower price point. Very cool of them. :)
