First of all. Dr. User told us exactly what he felt my husband needed to do. He listened to our concerns and we left feeling so comfortable and trusting in him.

Office and Nurse were extremely helpful and did what they could to make us feel welcome and important. Would recommend this office and Dr User to everyone.

She was very friendly, but still professional. She was able to answer our questions and make certain we understood the treatment is going to go forward. My wife and I left the appointment and we both felt like we had learned something.

What do you like about Jae Kim, MD and our office?

Dr. Kim does not rush his visits. He does not leave the examination room until he knows he has answered my questions and concerns. He is very good when explaining in detail in layman's terms everything he has to say so that as a patient I can understand. He is patient in answering my questions. I would recommend Dr. Kim to anyone who might ask me for a referral to a urologist.

Dr, User has been very upfront, professional, and personal throughout this prostate cancer journey. He doesn't mince words, and he doesn't approach any situation with a sense of impending doom. He always looks for positive options to explore, and keeps me informed along the way. He has been a Godsend regarding this health care journey. Even when he had to have a fusion biopsy done, he was great about it, letting me know that the discomfort was worth it for the next steps.
