This was my first appointment with Karen Brann. Previously, I was seeing Dr. Kim. I was pleased with my visit. She looked over my history before my visit and I am scheduled for another appointment in two months.

What do you like about Jae Kim, MD and our office?

Doctor Jae Kim is fantastic! Excellent bedside manners, always attentive and welcoming, and always asking the right questions in a very pleasant manner. The best part is you always see him at every visit, unlike many other doctors who have their ever changing assistants seeing you and sometimes years will go by without seeing the Doctor. Not with Doctor Jae Kim, you are his patient and he always sees you at every visit. Refreshing!

Dr. Kim has been extremely supportive and thorough with the concerns I had with my bladder and kidney functions. He communicated his treatment plans for me and in places where I was confused, he literally drew pictures to make sure I understood the plan!

His manner and tone reassured me and I felt seen, considered and an equal advocate for my healthcare.

Dr Kim is a kind and wonderful doctor who has always been a pleasure to see. He has helped me with my journey of UTI problems and provided help. I saw a PA, Karen who worked with doctor and she was also very competent. So happy to have them both.
