I really like Dr. Defranco. He listens and is not pushy.

The office, is another story. Cramped, dirty, sometimes chairs with obvious wet spots.
Staff, with a few exceptions, were not very pleasent or welcoming. Unfortunately, I hear the other offices are no better.
