I've been a patient of Associates Urologist Specialists for over 10 years and have always received top-notch care. When my doctor retired, I was pleased to be referred to Dr. A. Berger, who is part of the same group at a different location. My initial impression was that he was a bit too serious when establishing a connection, and then he asked for some tests in a straightforward manner. Following a cystoscopy that showed I had an enlarged prostate, Dr. Berger thoroughly explained the available treatment options, discussing the advantages and disadvantages of each. He presented five options, and after careful consideration, I chose Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE). The outcome was excellent. I had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Berger, and I was impressed by his warm and engaging approach. He asked me several questions about my experience with the PAE procedure and expressed his satisfaction with my progress. What really caught me off guard, though, was when he mentioned that he's scheduled to undergo the same procedure - a surprising reminder that even renowned medical professionals like Dr. Berger face similar health challenges.
