He is direct and to the point discussing options for my issue.
He is also very receptive to my questions and suggestions rather than being annoyed with a patient who is active and informed about their medical well being.
Too many so called specialists resent patients whom are hands on or have an understanding about medical issues.
We also discussed non prescription drug remedies which is very important to me.
Dr. DeFranco is a regular guy with a wealth of knowledge in his profession and it is a pleasure having him as my doctor.
