I have confidence periodic maintenance and new parts when required done by Trek in Old Town Tacoma keep my bicycle in the best condition possible.
I brought my bike in for a rubbing disc brake. Your technician helped me right away and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes. I thought I'd have to leave the bike overnight at least. Great friendly, fast service. Thanks so much.

The Trek Air Rush Electric Pump is much much better than other portable air pump. Very easy to use easy to place inside the cycling jersey. It is easy to charge and very precise when checking the set air pressure which is installed in the pump itself. Will definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you Trek for the greatest innovation.

Your staff was courteous and professional. They promptly assisted me and refunded me after I cancelled the parts order. You should at least have basic parts like mineral oil for disc brakes. If you did, I would have been able to find a hose to bleed my brakes so I could ride on the weekend. I would have been happy to pay10X more than Amazon rates to walk in and walk out with what I needed.

Vincent was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Tori was also great to work with. I loved the bike but I wanted to upgrade the shock and she was able to make it work for me. I enjoyed the experience and would recommend them to a friend.

After the last feedback, where an online order for pickup got lost in the system, the folks at the store went above and beyond to reach out and get things resolved.
That said, there's still something going on with the online ordering system if a store can mark it as picked and the customer doesn't get notified, and the tracking link still says "processing" (still does now after picking the item up). Was it because I didn't have an account? The mix of delivery and pick-up? No idea, and that itself is a problem. And I don't think it's something well captured when feedback for online orders gets accrued to stores. Customers will not understand the distinction of "online shopping at a specific store", especially if the ordering system is still centralized.
So, I trust the folks in the store, but I can't say the same for the online store and the system backing it at the moment. Transparency is ultimately the whole point, especially with these hybrid sales where shipping and retail work together.
