We took home a bag of crushed egg shells, even though it was double bagged, it leaked all over the car seat. The bag had two hours to sit and leak on the front seat. They were able to come out the next day and clean that seat and remove the Oder we were smelling.
On time, polite, careful, effective. What else can you ask for? Will definitely recommend and use again.

10 out of 10 for Zerorez!! The person who scheduled my appointment was very nice, informative, and knowledgeable. My tech Zack, was also great. Very thorough in explaining the process of the cleaning and information post clean. He was patient with me while I inspected his work and was more than happy to go back over a few spots.

My carpets look and feel very clean, I have gotten multiple compliments! The smell from the cleaning products they use to clean the carpets is AMAZING, an added bonus was my whole house smelled so fresh. The tech was very friendly, very informative, and we had a great experience with him! I would definitely use Zerorez again in the future!
