Once there she recommended some additional services to better meet my carpet cleaning needs as we have 3 dogs in our home. Within an hour and a half our service was complete and our carpets looked and smelled amazing!

The main thing is not having to wait for service. Punctuality is a big thing, so that no one is wasting time, and Christian called and arrived an hour ahead of time!

My carpet feels and looks much cleaner. Most of the dirty spots are completely gone. Some are just gray shadows.
