Technician called ahead and let us know he could get started earlier than we had scheduled which was PERFECT! He was very polite and explained everything to us as well as additional options. He was speedy but very thorough and honest about any issues he came across. He was very personable and made conversation with both my husband and myself which made us both extremely comfortable with the process. Upon completion it gave us some tips and best practices about our freshly cleaned carpets.
The carpets look amazing! Even better than we could have imagined! They are so light and fluffy again now, our 8 year old son wanted to lay on the carpets every chance he could because of how clean and fresh they smell and feel!
