I have seventeen year old carpet (contractor grade) in my family room that now has been brought back to looking almost like new again. I'm embarrassed to say that my carpets have only been cleaned once in the last ten years, it's amazing what The Zerorez Cleaning Process did throughout my two rooms and carpeted steps. I do remember my carpets not looking this good the last time I had them professionally done.

The citrus smell wasn't a chemical smell. The tech (Eddie) explained everything was very helpful.
