I am always able to get an appointment time I ask for. My carpets are cleaner when done than they were using other services and they stay cleaner longer. This is a miracle as two large breed dogs live in my house. The staff is always professional and above all, very nice.

Zerorez sent professional people that were knowledgeable about what type of stains were in the carpet. They got down on their hands and knees and smelt the carpet to identify areas that needed special attention. They knew exactly what type of animals had been in the home. As new owners we were happy they could help our new living experience be great. Excellent service to help us to enjoy our new home.
