I have used Zerorez several times in the last few years to clean the Last name removed carpet in a heavily trafficked lower level of my house. I have two dogs, and the cleaning process has been very effective in dealing with various pet stains and odors. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
