The young men were polite and informative. They were careful with our house by wearing foot protectors and placing guards so hoses wouldn't make marks on corners. They worked in a timely manner. They were efficient.

My floors are very clean and the whole house smells so clean as well. I have a dog that sheds a lot and I vacuum once sometimes twice a week with a commercial vacuum and they still pulled out a nice chunk of pet hair from the carpet. It is so worth it, to have this done regularly. He explained the process, answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I appreciate the professionalism and the customer service from booking the appointment to completion of the carpet cleaning. Thanks so much.
