It’s nice to be able to schedule quickly. The technicians are also very nice and knowledgeable. The products itself. I kind of feel that the deodorizer should be part of a regular cleaning. My carpets tend to go back to smelling the way they are a week after the cleaning.

The gentleman who came to my house did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable, took time to explain the process and everything from the cleaning to the invoice. He was very quick in his time here, and yet took time to visit with me about who I was and my story. It was a delightful time and my carpets are amazing.
