I wasn't impressed with my original cleaning, but Zerorez sent out another technician to remedy the situation. Which I greatly appreciated. Steve was pretty much awesome! I will be requesting him for my future carpet cleanings and definitely recommend this company because they promptly fixed a disappointing first cleaning.

Was really nice. Carpets were done well. But when dried there were a few tiny spots. No problem I took care of them with my on spot remover. I know he would of come back. But seemed silly for a few tiny spots.

Always professional and always a great job cleaning. You are misleading on your advertising. You offer 3 rooms for $119. I have two rooms, a hallway and a stairwell and it was $164 without any additional services. Workers always good
