Aaron was prompt, very polite, and did a wonderful job. we had some major stains from a bathroom renovation that he managed to remove all of.

I really like the technician. He was very knowledgeable and personable. My carpet seems fluffier but I thought the product would have more of a fresh smell to it. It smells more like an indoor pool. Can’t wait to have the sun come out and hit my problems area so I can see if it’s now truly not a problem issue anymore!
