My first experience was not good. Cleaning tech was new and did a bad job. You guys worked w/ me to get all my carpets re-cleaned. Scott cleaned them and they all look excellent.
I think you charging me $130 on top of my original $330 I paid was wrong. Because of my initial experience, I think I deserve a little grace in moving forward in giving your company a second chance. That’s why I waited for the two rooms to dry after Scott was done before deciding on the re-cleaning of my white Berber in the kitchen. Scott did an excellent job on the kitchen. In my profession, I believe the fair thing to do would be credit back my card 1/2 of the $130 I paid and give the other 1/2 to Scott directly as a tip from me.

Technician showed up on time and did an exceptional job cleaning some stubborn spots from carpet.
It was easy to schedule an appointment. They answered all of my questions. It was done fast once they were at our home and they explained any extra services we might need and how it all works together. Drying time wasn't even as long as they stated so we had our home put back together in no time at all. Will be calling again in the future!
