Wonderful service from Zerorez very polite. Explained everything we needed to know and was very detailed in cleaning of the area rug loveseat, which was extremely dirty and the dryer duct cent were cleaned. I would highly highly recommend Zerorez for anyone who needs a quality job done well. The service rep deserves a raise!!! Loveseat. Wrote the same on FB.

Techs are always so friendly and knowledgeable, we’ve brought them out after accidents with our dogs and none have judged for the status of our carpets when they get here.

I liked how every area was clean even those that were more soiled! I have never used Zerorez before but will definitely use them again. It was a little more costly but worth it!!
We had our mattress, living room and hallway cleaned. Courtney did a very nice job. He answered any questions I had. They do a great job!
