We recently had our sectional cleaned by Zerorez, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The technician arrived right on time, was incredibly friendly, and took great care in explaining the process. He was very thorough and spent extra time on the problem areas of our couch, which we really appreciated. The results exceeded our expectations—our sectional looks and feels so much fresher. I was somewhat confused with the variety of charges and not sure what Level 1 was or Level 2 because there was a potential charge for another treatment that was $60 a foot. I did agree that they could provide a thorough cleaning which they did.
All in all I feel the charges were worth it.
The guy was so great! We wanted to get the carpets clean in our new house because the previous owners had dogs. I mentioned that to the guy and this man got nose to carpet to smell it to figure out what would be the best clean!

No harsh chemicals
At the time I called to make an appointment, I appreciated your thoroughness in explaining the process, and the ease with which you rescheduled when the first date had to be changed. Mason called when he was on the way, arrived on time and took care to evaluate the job before starting, and answered all the questions I had while he was working. There were several areas that needed extra care, and even long-standing stains were gone when he was finished. The pretreatment solution smelled pleasantly of citrus, but now there is no lingering fragrance at all. I had thought this 12-year old carpet would need to be replaced before long, but it appears to have received a new lease on life. Thanks!
