Carpets feel great after cleaning. The person who came out was very knowledgeable and friendly and i enjoyed my experience with the service. They even got down on the ground to smell my carpet to help find the bad spots due to dogs and potty training a toddler.

My technician was on time and gave a timely notice as to when he would arrive. He was conscientious when bringing equipment into house and w furniture and wall corners. He gave extra effort to the couple of stains to make sure they were removed from carpet best he could. He did not rush and was professional. Highly recommend this technician
