Client Testimonials
I like Pete for doing a great job on my carpets, and he didn’t ruin my walls like the last guy😜😜😜 very personable as well. It appeared that he was teaching someone in the process ( or someone who is still learning the process) he was quiet but he was working hard too! Then a week ago I met Juan, he came over to tackle a deep dark doggy mess and I knew it wasn’t coming out, but Juan did a great job and no smell👍👍 He was also very personable!! Now I feel good about asking for Scott,Pete, or Juan and know I’m going to be in good hands!! Thank you so much 🙏
The technician seemed very knowledgeable. He explained everything before and after the treatment in detail.

Excellent technician
Very friendly and did a good job
We are very impressed with our Zerorez experience. They are professional and explained the process so I could understand everything. The tech was on time, very prepared and did a wonderful job. I will give the tech an 11 out of 10. We took advantage of a 5 room special with a very old carpet and 2 stairways. I will recommend and definitely call when I need them again.
The seven room special price is worth it!
Our technician, Sarif (sp?), was outstanding. He called with estimated arrival time, handled the entire job on his own. He’s got the routine definitely down; efficient, yet thorough. We do plan to replace some of the carpet, but in the interim, they look great!
Very friendly and a great worker!!
Our service provider, Scott was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and did so in a friendly manner. We're look forward to having him return for us next year. Kudos to Scott!
