Our tech, Lincoln, was awesome! He walked us through the entire process and was so quick to get the carpets clean. He also cleaned out our dryer vent duct & gave us some tips on how to keep it clean longer. My technician Pete B explained things very clearly and specifically. He worked hard and removed all but one stain. The stain that was not completely removed was lightened a lot and looks much better than it did. Thanks for such great service and preofessionalism.
