There are a lot of negative reviews about this company, and I think it's the lack of communication during the ordering process. Example, I called and placed an order when the propane dropped below 30%. Usually, delivery is within a week of calling but this took about 3 weeks due to back logged deliveries from previous storms. A simple email would've sufficed or a call to let the customers know there will be a delay. Now I was basically on 5% when they delivered BUT they came on a Sunday afternoon which was a pleasant surprise. Their prices aren't very competitive with smaller family-owned businesses. Customer service needs some work on better communication to their customers. I was told when I run out, they will schedule an emergency delivery, and they wanted to know what other means of heat my home had. It's really none of their business what other forms of heat my home uses. Was this to delay deliveries and put others at the top of the list? Maybe they have one driver and one truck in any given area? That's all fine but COMMUNICATE!
They even canceled a delivery I had scheduled because they said I still had enough propane. Never called me or emailed me to tell me of the cancelation. I called to inform them their Wifi meter wasn't working properly, and I am in fact low on propane. They never fixed it, instead just shut that feature off.
We heat with propane & with Superior we have never had any problems. I send a request & the truck is there in enough time. Great customer service! A+++

Very prompt, fast service. Aware of our propane level and on top of things to make sure when we are getting low that we have propane as soon as possible so there is no service interuption.

We have loved Superior Plus Propane for years up until January 21st. I had concerns that we would be running out of propane with this big winter storm coming. I called and spoke to a really nice lady and she told me that we had 44% in our tank and that our ticket was up and we should be receiving propane on the 23rd, which was Friday. Truck did not come so I called again around 2:10 and at 2:35, Regine picked up my call. She sounded as though I was bothering her. She told me our ticket is up for delivery but it has not been assigned to a driver. She can't do anything about it. I went on to your website and got to see our file and tracked the level of our fuel as it went down to 24% on Sunday. Nothing was listed for Monday and early Tuesday morning (6:15 A.M.) a driver brought us 214 gallons of propane and our tank went up 89%. I want to thank him for getting here as I am sure it was not an easy trip from Perkasie to Levittown. I found out that his name is Domenick and I want you all to know he did a great job.

I wanted to thank superior for delivery service during the storm. I was very low on propane and I needed it immediately. I was almost out. I had set up a delivery, but they were overwhelmed with the situation of the storm. They finally arrived and filled my tank I wanted to thank them again.

They work with you if you have an issue and find a way to help solve it as quickly as possible. They are there for you at night if you have problems with fuel.
