I use propane and have never had an incident. However, I have asked for my paper statements to be mailed 2 times now to no avail. Please make sure my statements are mailed to me. I am very pleased with Superior overall.

We've been with Superior since 1997 and they have a great track record for service.
We have 3 tanks: one to heat our hot water and 2 for our pool. The hot water tank is set up for Auto Delivery and I've never run out - even during COVID and when we've had increased usage due to company. The pool tanks are on Will Call because we don't heat the pool that often (a bit at each end of the season) so the tanks last a long time. In all the years we've been with them we've had one problem and Superior resolved it when I let them know there was a issue. I don't think I could ask for anything better.
