Customer service is usually pretty moody and always sounds annoyed. Seems like they have their employees working from their homes because you can hear babies crying in the background. Very unprofessional.
My meter has been faulty since the start, and they never took it upon themselves to fix it. I had to call to get a ticket in to fix it, and it's been about a week now and no call.
I'm giving it a 10 because when it's all said and done the propane is delivered within a week in a timely manner.
