I am new to propane heat. I let the tanks run to empty. As a new customer, I needed a leak test and a refill.
I called around 1 PM. The phone reps were understanding, polite and prompt in responding to me. The gas was delivered by 3 PM. The leak test was completed by 4 PM and the tech helped me turn the heat back on.
